01General Terms & Conditions and Scope of Application

The terms and conditions set out in this document bdt haziapplies to all bdt hazi services — including Sports Betting, Casino Games, Live Casino, Virtual Sports, and any future offerings. By creating a bdt hazi account, logging in, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

02Account Opening & Registration

To register on bdt hazi, you must provide accurate and complete information. bdt hazi reserves the right to close any account created with false or incorrect details and forfeit any deposited funds.

• One Account: Each person may only open one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any winnings will be voided.
• Accurate Information: Your name, date of birth, and mobile number must all be accurate. Any discrepancies during identity verification (KYC) may result in your account being suspended.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. bdt hazi will not be held liable for any losses resulting from sharing your password with others.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory before large withdrawals. You may be required to submit a photo of your national ID card or passport.

03Age Restriction & Eligibility

Bdt hazi is exclusively for 18 years of age or older for individuals only. If a minor registers an account and this is confirmed, the account will be terminated and all associated transactions will be voided.

Professional players, government officials, and bdt hazi employees are excluded from certain bets and promotions. Full details are available in the Help Centre.

04Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Bdt hazi accepts multiple payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100. The maximum deposit limit varies by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal Conditions: The deposited amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• Third-Party Payments Prohibited: Deposits or withdrawals from another person's account are not accepted.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

Specific terms and conditions apply to all bdt hazi bonuses and promotions. It is advisable to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the required number of wagers has been completed. Each offer specifies its own wagering requirement.

• Bonus Validity: Each bonus must be used within a specified time period. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

06Betting Rules & Result Determination

All bets placed on bdt hazi are considered final, unless a match is cancelled or a technical error is proven. bdt hazi always strives to offer accurate and fair odds.

• If a Match Is Cancelled: If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bet is voided and the original stake is refunded.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change during live betting. The odds at the time your bet is placed are final.
• System Error: If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bdt hazi reserves the right to void that bet.
• Maximum win limit: There is a maximum limit on how much can be withdrawn per bet or per day. Details are available in the Help Centre.

07Responsible Gaming Policy

Bdt hazi believes betting is a form of entertainment — it should never become an addiction or a source of harm. That is why we actively promote responsible gaming.

• Bet Limits: Any member may set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• Voluntary Break: You can temporarily deactivate your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request to be excluded from all types of gaming, either permanently or for a specified period.

08Account Suspension, Closure & Restrictions

Bdt hazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false or inaccurate information
• Managing Multiple Accounts
• Bonus Abuse & Fraudulent Activity
• Managing an Account on Behalf of a Minor
• Money Laundering or Suspicious Financial Activity
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform

If an account is closed, any funds from legitimate transactions will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to fraudulent activity, deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.
